Brian has gotten us out of some (for lack of a better term) crappy situations. Like the time we had a back up in the pipes because we thought that those “flushable” wipes were actually flushable. At the time, I was pregnant and he told me that I should not be “around this mess.” He took care of everything. He’s come to our rescue many other times; he actually made my bathtub knob work again just the other day. He’s a hard, knowledgeable worker and a truly decent guy.
